KARACHI, Nov 22: Pakistan’s total liquid foreign exchange reserves recorded a fall of $289 million to $16.98 billion this week due to routine debt payments.
According to weekly report of State Bank of Pakistan issued on Thursday the foreign exchange reserves held by the central bank on Nov 17, 2007 were $13.914 billion, while those held by the banks other than SBP stood at about $2.184 billion. —APP
