Livestock exhibition in Peshawar

PESHAWAR, Nov 18: A two-day exhibition of livestock will begin here from Monday at the directorate of the NWFP livestock and dairy development department.

The show has been arranged in connection with the annual day of the Strengthening Livestock Services Project, says a press release. Provincial Agriculture Secretary Arbab Shah Rukh Khan will inaugurate the exhibition at 10am. Chief Secretary Sahibzada Riaz Noor will be the chief guest at the concluding ceremony of the exhibition on Tuesday.

Stalls of dairy milk, animal wool and meat will also be set up at the exhibition. Farmers, students and livestock stakeholders are expected to visit the show.
