MIRPURKHAS: Cash awards for students

MIRPURKHAS, Nov 18: The chairman of the Mirpurkhas Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Abdul Aleem Khanzada on Sunday distributed cheques and certificates among students who topped in matriculation and intermediate classes.

The chairman gave away certificates and cheques for Rs20,000 to each position holder on behalf of governor of Sindh.

The position holders who received awards were Nazeeran Khatoon Rahimoon, Danial Memon, Mohammad Tariq Shaikh, Pardip Kumar, Humera Nawaz Khan, Shumaila Rustam Ali.

CONDOLENCE: The cultural wing of Mirpurkhas chapter of PPP met on Sunday to condole the sad demise of versatile artist Shafi Muhammad Shah.

The meeting was attended among others by Qabool Halepoto, Amanullah Sand, Mohammad Rafiq Kalar, Mohammad Usman Maher, Aijaz Soomro and Bachal Mirani.
