QUETTA, Nov 17: An intense gunbattle between militants and security personnel was reported on Friday from near the Pat Feeder area in Sui tehsil of Dera Bugti.
According to police, the militants attacked a post of security forces in the area with rockets and small weapons. The security personnel returned fire and the engagement lasted about an hour and a half.
No casualty was reported.
Sources said that police had arrested two suspects, Bachal Bugti and Bago Bugti, from the Tali Mat area and seized AK-47 assault rifles, rockets and hundreds of rounds of ammunition.
