KHAIRPUR, Nov 11: Two men were killed and another injured in a clash between two groups of Lashari community in village Baharo Lashari, taluka Kotdiji, here on Sunday.

Reports said that the clash followed a matrimonial dispute between the two groups in which Mohib alias Barkat, 50, son of Ameer Bux, and Mukhtiar, 30, son of Shahan Lashari, were killed.

The deceased Mohib was said to be the uncle of Mukhtiar.

A man, Bakhtiar Lashari, was injured in the clash.

Kotdiji police handed over the bodies to their relatives after post-mortem.

No case was lodged till the filing of this report.

In another incident, two men were killed and two others injured in a head-on collision between a speedy truck and trailer on the National Highway near Ranipur on Sunday.

The deceased were identified as Mohammad Khan Pathan and Nazim Shah whereas Gul Mohammad and Vikio were injured.

Police have shifted the bodies to a hospital and have started the investigations.
