KARACHI: PAF competition ends

KARACHI, Nov 7: The Inter-Squadrons Armament Competition 2007, which had commenced on Oct 22, drew to a close at the PAF Base Masroor here on Friday, according to an ISPR release.

The Squadron No. 9 was declared the Best Squadron and Wing Commander Tariq Zia won the Sher Afgan Trophy for his overall best performance in the competition.

The release said that the competition provided a great opportunity to the Pakistan Air Force fighter squadrons to improve their performance in pursuit of excellence.—APP
