KARACHI, Nov 5: Three ships carrying edible oil and diesel oil were allotted berths during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Monday.

Meanwhile, another container vessel also arrived at the outer anchorage.

Berth occupancy dipped to 50 per cent as five ships, Bunga Melati Sato, Star Dream, Belug Eternity, BW Columbia and Marlera, were busy in loading and unloading edible oil, general cargo, diesel oil and coke.

A cargo volume of 68,064 tons consisted of imported commodities was handled. Bunga Melati left the port.
