Nasir falls in Riyadh tennis

KARACHI, Nov 2: Pakistan’s Nasir Mushtaq made an exit from the eighth Saudi ITF juniors’ world ranking tennis championship after tasting a defeat at the hands of Martin Prikyl of the Czech Republic in Riyadh Thursday night.

According to the results available here, Nasir put up a brave fight before bowing out 3-6, 4-6.

He now features in the second leg of the event which begins from Monday.

Players from 23 countries including Egypt, Portugal, Russia, Belarus, USA, Kuwait, Hong Kong, Great Britain, Tunisia will compete in the event.
