RAWALPINDI, Nov 1: A widow has failed to get First Information Report (FIR) registered against the people who had attacked her house and fired in the air to intimidate her in a bid to get the possession of her house forcibly.
In her complaint to R A Bazaar police Misbah Syeda, 55, a widow of a colonel, stated that on the night of September 29 some 20 people attacked her house near Plaza Cinema on the Mall Road and broke window panes of the house where she along with her two sons lives.
She said when she tried to stop them they misbehaved with her and tore her clothes.
She nominated Ch Qamar and his son in the FIR.
Explaining the cause of attack she stated that her family had a sale agreement with Mr Qamar who after paying advance money did not pay all amount within the prescribed time limit. Other family members have given possession to the buyer but she will not hand over the house to him as the deal has become dead.
