Reshuffle in police ignores PPP request

By S. Raza Hassan

KARACHI, Oct 31: The Sindh government ignored Pakistan People’s Party requests while reshuffling key police officials in Sindh.

The PPP had asked for the posting of SSP A.D. Khawaja as DPO of Larkana and SSP

Dr Sanaullah Abbasi as Clifton SP.

Instead, the Sindh government has posted SSP Ghulam Rasool Domki as the Larkana DPO.

He was earlier posted as AIG (Establishment) in Hyderabad.

Similarly, SP Asif Aijaz Shaikh was posted as the Clifton SP. Both the posts had been vacant for some time.

SP Azad Khan was posted as Landhi SP, replacing Asif Aijaz Shaikh.

SP Mir Allah Bux, DPO of Mityari, was made OSD and was replaced by SP Zulfiqar Ali Mehr. SP Abdul Azeem Tanio was posted as Kashmore DPO, replacing SP Noor Ahmed Peecho.
