By Our Staff Reporter

ISLAMABAD, Oct 30: Two persons were killed in different incidents in the capital, police said on Tuesday.

Ghulam Hussain, 32, a labourer and resident of Okara, was found unconscious in a raw fruit store at the Sabzi Mandi, where bananas were being ripened. He was overwhelmed by the fumes let off by the chemical process.

His colleagues shifted him to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims), where he was pronounced dead.

In another incident, Nazir Ahmad was run over by a speeding car while he was crossing a road at Rawat.
