KARACHI, Oct 30: The chief executive officer of the Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC) S.M. Amjad has stated that the work on the 220-megawatt Korangi power plant being installed by a Greek firm is progressing according to the schedule and first unit will start generating 48-megawatt electricity during next four to six weeks.
The plant will start generating 194 megawatts by March next, he added.—APP
