KARACHI: Appointment of judges, magistrates


KARACHI, Oct 28: The Sindh Law Department has notified appointment of the following candidates as civil judges and judicial magistrates in BPS-17 on a regular basis with immediate effect:

Sadaruddin A. Bhoyo s/o Abdullah Khan Bhoyo (Karachi), Naveed Ahmed Soomro s/o Aftab Ahmed Soomro (Sukkur), Aleem Ahmed s/o Imdad Ali Memon (Karachi), Samiullah Qureshi s/o Sajjadullah Qureshi (Sukkur), Mohammad Saleem Butt s/o Haji Abdullah Butt (Mehar, Dadu), Nasarullah s/o Haji Mohammad Younus Korai (Daulatpur, Nawabshah), Sadaf Khokhar d/o Abdul Rasheed Khokhar (Sukkur), Ashok Kumar Dodeeja s/o Mohan Das Dodeeja (Jacobabad), Shahnaz Tunio d/o Hakim Din Tunio (Karachi), Zaffar Hussain Leghari s/o Khadim Hussain Leghari (Thari Mirwah, Khairpur Mirs), Ashfaq Ahmed Nizamani s/o Mohammad Bachal Nizamani (Tando Jam, Hyderabad); Asghar Ali Tanwiri s/o Sher Mohammad Tanwiri (Mian-jo-Goth, Khanpur); Abdul Hafeez Lashari s/o Abdul Karim Lashari (Jacobabad), Mohammad Ali Memon s/o Mohammad Saleh Memon (Karachi), Jahangir Bhayo s/o Zulfiqar Ali (Shikarpur), Ghous Ali Shah Jillani Syed s/o Roshan Ali Shah Jillani Syed (Shikarpur) and Abdul Hafeez Maitlo s/o Mohammad Yaqoob Maitlo (Karachi).

The notification said that the appointments were made on the recommendation of the Provincial Selection Board for Judicial Officers and with the approval of the chief minister of Sindh under the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973. The candidates have been asked to report to the Sindh High Court registrar for posting orders.—PPI
