PHF names 38 girls for U-16 Asia Cup

LAHORE, Oct 27: The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) Women Wing on Saturday named 38 probables at the end of trials for camp in preparation for girls’ under-16 Asia Cup, being held in Gowaliar, India, from Dec 9.

The camp begins at the National Hockey Stadium, Lahore, from Monday.

Probables:

Gojra: Nazia Rahmat, Aniza Basheer, Nafeesa Anwar, Taskeen Kausar, Saliha Shaukat, Imrana Sattar, Zakia Nawaz.

Lahore: Shayan-e-Azhar, Sadia Akram, Sakina Hassan, Namra Khan, Komal Feroze, Faryal Awan, Ayesha Rafiq, Ruksana Shaukat, Maria Eid Mohammad.

Sahiwal: Syeda Rehmat, Muqaddas, Ayesha, Madiha, Perveen.

Faisalabad: Maryam Mansha, Sana Saleem, Naheed Akhtar, Fazeela Abdul Rasheed, Farhana Yasmeen, Asma Iqbal, Bismillah Bashir, Uzma Rafiq.

Railways: Shahida.

Karachi: Conal Carol, Nyla Nida, Kiran, Samia Sumayya, Yumna Zubair, Rabia Ghani, Sidra Ali, Hiba Rehman.
