MITHI, Oct 27: A man killed himself and his wife by jumping into a well after pushing her spouse into it in Hanjtal, a remote village of Chhachhro taluka on Friday.
Reports said Sadio Meghwar, 25, went to a well to help his wife Muran, 22, fetch water from a well. He placed a pitcher filled with water on her head and then jumped into the well taking her with him.
The couple had married three years ago and had a two-year-old daughter. Villagers said domestic problems drove the man to take the extreme step.
