ISLAMABAD, Oct 25: President Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz on Thursday and discussed arrangements being made for the general elections, the code of conduct issued by the EC and the need to ensure security in the run-up to the polls.

They also discussed measures needed to be taken to ensure free, fair and transparent polls, according to an official announcement.
