KARACHI, Oct 25: Three ships carrying containers and diesel oil were accommodated berths during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Thursday.

Meanwhile, four more ships, Lucian, CMA CGM Eifel, Qatar and Leonado Lembo, also arrived at outer the anchorage.

Seven ships, Inori, Socotra, Berenice, Skipper Ali, Tianjin Pioneer, Zhong Hau-7 and Al-Soor-II, were busy in loading and offloading containers, cement, seeds, edible oil and diesel oil.

A cargo volume of 0.104 million tons comprising 0.085 million tons of import and 0.019 million tons of export tonnage was handled.

Sailings were active as Zhong Hau-7, Inori and Berenice left the port while Socotra and Al-Soor-II were due to depart.
