STTA elect new office-bearers

KARACHI, Oct 22: The Sindh Table Tennis Association (STTA) on Sunday got a new president in Iqbal Ahmed Jumani while Saleem Ahmed was re-elected secretary for second four-year term in the general body meeting held in the city.

Representatives of all affiliated districts namely Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpurkhas, Sanghar and Mithi attended the meeting.

In addition, former international Javed Chotani and Ahmed Ali Rajput attended the meeting as observers on behalf of Pakistan Table Tennis Federation (PTTF) and Sindh Olympic Association (SOA).

Office-bearers:

Mohsin Mushtaq Chandna (chairman); Iqbal Ahmed Jumani (president); M. Ayoub Shamsi (Sr. vice-president); Arif Nakhuda, Dr. Farhan Essa, Ms. Nazo Tahir, Ghulam Rasool Lashari, Irshad Syed (vice-presidents); Saleem Ahmed (honorary secretary); Sikandar Ali Kamangar (Sr. associate secretary); Abdul Sami Memon, Shamsuddin Shaikh, Dr. Naeem Akhtar (associate secretaries); Nayyar A. Siddqui (treasurer).

Executive committee consists of Ms. Noor Jahan, Ms. Misbah Mehmood, Abdul Aziz, Mateen Pirzada and Zebjehan Rana.
