Buchanan gets new role
SYDNEY, Oct 22: John Buchanan is set to continue his involvement with Australian cricket in a new role as the ambassador for Cricket Australia’s coaching accreditation program. As part of his position with Cricket Coaches Australia Buchanan will run seminars around the country and will help determine the direction of coach education.
Buchanan said he had been searching for ways to stay involved with cricket after ending his eight years at the helm of the Australia side following the World Cup triumph in April.—Agencies
