By Our Staff Reporter

RAWALPINDI, Oct 21: A gang of robbers looted a lady doctor and her patients in Lalazar colony and also took away her car on Saturday night, police said.

Dr Mumtaz complained to the Civil Lines police that she was attending patients in her clinic, when the robbers entered the room and pulled out their pistols.

The robbers held her and the patients at gunpoint and snatched Rs150,000 from the hostages and forced the doctor to give up the keys of her car. The culprits escaped with the looted cash, jewellery and the car after locking the victims inside the clinic.

Meanwhile, Abdul Wahab’s car (MC-466) was stolen from New Town while Mohammad Asim’s car (IDA-6995) was taken away from the RA Bazaar police area.
