KARACHI, Oct 21: The NED University of Engineering and Technology has announced that on Monday, only the candidates who have passed the entry test would be allowed to enter the campus on producing their admit cards issued for the test. Their parents would also be allowed to get in along with the candidates.

The university administration has clarified that none of the presently enrolled students of the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes will be allowed entry into the campus. Moreover, there will be no public dealing on the date.

However, the university staff has been directed to attend the university as usual strictly observing the university timings.

Classes resume today

The classes (evening and morning) in all departments of the Karachi University will resume on Monday, a statement issued here on Sunday said.

KU admissions

The Department of Visual Studies, University of Karachi, has postponed the issuance of application forms for admission to the department.

Head of the Department Ms Durriya Kazi said on Sunday that the new date for the issuance of the forms, which was to commence on October 22, would be announced later.—Agencies
