PESHAWAR: Reporting of livestock diseases urged

PESHAWAR, Oct 19: Speakers at a workshop here on Friday stressed the importance of reporting diseases in livestock so that they could be diagnosed and treated in time and the animals could be vaccinated against them.

NWFP Livestock and Dairy Development Director Dr Muqarrab Ali Khan and other speakers at a workshop said contiguous diseases were the main obstacle in export of contagious diseases.

They called upon the participants to help eradicate the diseases.
