HYDERABAD, Oct 19: Six activists of the Hala chapter of the People’s Party were injured in a head-on collision between a hi-roof and a coach on Super Highway in the jurisdiction of Gadap police station on Friday.

Reports reaching said that the PPP activists were returning from Karachi to Hala in the hi-roof when it collided with a coach.

The injured were identified as Shahid Rajput, Musarrat Jafri, Ishaque Solangi, Iqbal Mallah, Ahmed Machhi and Ahsan. They were taken to Baqai Hospital where they were admitted as they had received serious injuries.

Reports reaching here from Tando Allahyar said four other activists, Haji Mirjat, Madad Ali Mirjat, Abdul Karim Soomro and Ghulam Murtaza Leghari were still missing as they were neither identified among dead nor among injured.
