Two people drown
KOHAT, Oct 16: Two people drowned in different incidents here on Monday.
Noor Aslam, a resident of Karbogha, had gone for picnic with his friends to Tanda Dam reservoir.
He was bathing in the reservoir when strong currents swept him away. People tried to save him but could not succeed.
Aslam’s body was later taken out of the reservoir and handed over to his family.
In the other incident, a teenaged boy drowned in the river near Khushal Garh.
His body could not be found till filing of this report.
His identity could not be ascertained.
