NAUSHAHRO FEROZE: Couple killed

NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, Oct 10: Armed tribesmen killed a couple who had married in court and seriously injured two others in Kandiaro on Wednesday morning.

One Sher Mohammad alleged in an FIR that Ali Mohammad, Asghar Ali, Muharram, Rajab, Bakhshal, Muharram Hisbani, Riaz Hisbani and Jan Sher Jatoi attacked the house of Javed Ahmed Jatoi and killed him and Ms Rashida, wife of Ghulam Rasool Jatoi and seriously injured Manak, son of Pathan Jatoi and Ms Sanam, wife of Javed Jatoi.

The complainant stated in the FIR that the deceased Javed had married in court to Sanam Bhand about a year ago and her parents and relatives were not happy with the marriage.

The complainant said that they had already a running dispute with Hisbani tribesmen over the marriage of Sanam Jatoi with Riaz Hisbani, and alleged that Bhands and Hisbanis on the instigation of Abdul Ghaffar Dahraj attacked them and fled.

The injured were admitted to Kandiaro taluka hospital from where they were referred to PMCH Nawabshah due to critical condition. No arrest was made till the filing this report.
