‘India will talk to civilian Musharraf’

New Delhi, Oct 9: India will continue to engage with whoever is in power in Pakistan to carry forward the peace process but it will be easier to deal with a democratic government, United News of India said on Tuesday, quoting official sources.

Replying to a question on how India will deal with a ‘civilian Musharraf’, the sources said: “We are trying to deal with every process in Pakistan. We will deal with whoever is in power. We can’t choose their leader.”—Correspondent
