APDM’s strike appeal to traders

By Amanullah Kasi

QUETTA, Oct 5: The Balochistan chapter of the All Parties Democratic Movement has appealed to the business community to observe a strike in the provincial capital on Saturday in protest against a presidential election in which the sitting military chief is taking part.

A statement issued on Friday stated that the provincial leadership of the APDM discussed issues pertaining to the strike call and the activists of the movement were asked to make the peaceful strike successful.

Local APDM leaders met the representatives of traders and urged them to support the shutter-down strike.
