KARACHI, Oct 5: The Maritime Security Agency detained four Indian fishing boats along with their 16 crew members for fishing illegally in Pakistani waters, an MSA release said on Friday.
It said an MSA ship on routine patrol in the eastern maritime region spotted these boats in fishing about 30 nautical miles inside Pakistan’s exclusive economic zone.
The arrested fishermen would be handed over to the Docks police for further legal action, it added.—PPI
