KARACHI, Oct 5: Five ships carrying containers and to load ethanol are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Saturday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was active where five ships, Golden Arrow-2 to load cement, Cap Colorado, Hansa Stavnger to unload and load containers, Chrsoula-S to offload rock phosphate and Swat to offload crude oil were berthed after the departure of eight.

The departed ships were led by Wan Hai-305, Kaptan Byankin, CMA CGM Caribbean, Corin Thaikos, Lalazar, Jaikur-1, Zenovia and Akaki, while Hyderabad, Calvin P. Titus, Stolt Protector and Swat are due to sail out on Saturday.

Cargo handling activity at the wharves was active where a total tonnage of 0.151m tons comprising 692 tons of export cargo and 0.117m tons of import tonnage, notably liquid was handled on Friday.

The following ships are due on Saturday: Oriental Protea to load ethanol, Sima Sahba, Oel Spirit, Oel Shreyas and Tenth Ocean with containers.
