NEW YORK, Oct 4: World record holder Paula Radcliffe will run her first marathon in more than two years when she competes in New York next month.
“The race holds a special place in the world of marathon and also in my heart,” the 2004 champion, said on Wednesday.
Joining Radcliffe in the Nov 4 marathon will be two-time champion Jelena Propokcuka, world champion Catherine Ndereba, and 2007 Boston Marathon winner Lidiya Grigoryeva.—Reuters
