QUETTA, Oct 4: An additional sessions judge on Thursday cancelled the interim bail granted to National Party’s central leader Mir Khalid Khan Lango and sent him back to jail.

The court had granted the bail to Mr Lango last week. He is facing three cases registered at four police stations. The charges included making provocative speeches at the funeral ceremony of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti.

The judge rejected the application for bail confirmation.

Police arrested Mr Lango after the court order and shifted him to the district jail in Quetta.
