LAHORE, Oct 4: The Railways will observe a courtesy week from Oct 7 to Oct 13, with an aim to further improve its image.
According to a PR spokesperson, all operational staff, including station masters and inquiry staff, has been directed to show more courtesy and politeness to people seeking information about train schedule during the week.
The railways administration has directed its employees to perform their duties devotedly and honestly round the year.—APP
