Strike against kidnapping
JACOBABAD, Oct 2: A shutter-down strike was observed in Garhi Khairo to protest the kidnapping of a Hindu trader, here on Tuesday.
Nine persons were kidnapped from a Garhi Khairo-bound passenger wagon (RO-586) at Lal Shah Larho in the jurisdiction of Dodapur Police Station, Garhi Khairo Taluka, on Monday.
At link road of Ratodero, the kidnappers left eight but kidnapped one Santosh Kumar 25, s/o of Kishan Chand, a shopkeeper.
No FIR has been lodged at Dodapur police station till the filing of this report.
