HYDERABAD, Oct 2: The DCO Hyderabad Aftab Ahmed Khatri has said that under the directives of district nazim Hyderabad Kanwar Naveed Jamil, the district government has established eleven complaint centres for price control of essential commodities at different locations of all the talukas of the district under the supervision of officials of market committee.

The DCO has advised the general public and NGOs of the district to register their complaints at these complaint centres in respect of high prices of essential commodities with the staff of market committee and also send the same to the administrator market committee so that necessary action could be taken against the defaulters under the provision of Sindh Essential Commodities Price Control & Prevention of Profiteering and Hoarding Ordinance 2006.

He advised the public to register complaints with their DDO Revenue and Mukhtiarkar having Special Judicial Magistrate powers while they were on price checking or at their offices.
