KARACHI, Oct 2: Khwaja Naveed Ahmed took over as advocate-general of Sindh on Tuesday.
The new AG has been in the legal profession for 33 years and represented, among others, former prime minister Mian Nawaz Sharif and former federal minister Asif Ali Zardari in different cases.
On assumption of the office, he said that he would act as a bridge between the executive and the judiciary and assist the high court to the best of his ability in adjudication of matters.—Staff Reporter
