KARAK, Sept 28: One man died and three others sustained serious injuries in an accident in Karak district on Friday. According to official sources, a Sara-i-Nowrang-bound pickup (bearing number DNO 7039) overturned while overtaking another vehicle near the Niazi Well stop and Zareen Khan, a resident of Kothay Killa, died while three others — Usmanullah, Mirajuddin and Asghar Ali — got injured. Zareen Khan was taken to community hospital, situated on the Indus highway, but died on the way to hospital while the injured people were rushed to the DHQ Hospital, Karak. The doctors stated their conditions to be stable.

Meanwhile, Usmanullah, son of Sher Mehmood of Tarkhakoi, Karak district, who died in Saudi Arabia in a road accident was laid to rest in his native town.
