KARACHI, Sept 27: The Sindh High Court on Thursday issued notices to top government officers on a petition filed by Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf chief Imran Khan challenging a ban on his entry into the province.
A divisional bench comprising SHC Chief Justice Sabihuddin Ahmed and Justice Faisal Arab issued notices to the Sindh chief secretary, the home secretary and the advocate-general for Oct 2. The provincial government has banned Mr Khan’s entry into Sindh for a period of thirty days.—APP
