RAWALPINDI, Sept 25: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) will hold demonstration outside the Election Commission office on September 29 in order to protest the re-election of President General Pervez Musharraf.

This was stated by PML-N Rawalpindi Chapter Secretary General Sardar Naseem in a statement issued here on Tuesday.

He said that the PML-N would resist President Pervez Musharraf’s re- election.

He said that over 137 PML-N workers and activists were arrested from various parts of the district during last three days and the Punjab Police lodged cases against PML-N workers and party leaders under 16-MPO and violation of Section 144 of the Pakistan Penal Code.—Our Reporter
