Worker’s body handed over to India


NEW DELHI, Sept 23: An Indian spokesman said in Srinagar on Sunday that Pakistan Army had returned the body of a labourer, believed to have drowned in Saryu river and carried by the current to other the side of the Line of Control in Kargil sector.

The spokesman said the body was handed over to the Indian army at Hunderman post near the LoC in Kargil sector of Ladakh region on Saturday.

A couple of days ago, two Kashmiris were put behind the bar when they slipped over to occupied Kashmir.—APP
