KHAIRPUR, Sept 19: Three persons were kidnapped from the Sobhodero area late on Tuesday night.

Reports said that the three men — Saeed Tunio, Waseem Tunio and Niaz Hussain Kalhoro — were on their way from village Noorpur in the jurisdiction of Teepani Bahlem police to leave their friend Niaz Hussain Kalhoro to his village on a bicycle.

Six unidentified persons who were hiding in the nearby banana field intercepted and kidnapped the men. Saeed and Waseem Tunio are reportedly uncle and nephew.
