QUETTA, Sept 19: A division bench of the Balochistan High Court on Wednesday directed the nazims of Zarghoon and Chiltan towns to take action against municipal employees not removing garbage from different roads in the city.

The bench comprising Chief Justice Amanullah Khan Yasinzai and Justice Akhtar Zaman Malghani was hearing a petition filed by MNA Maulana Noor Mohammad against deterioration in civic services.

Kamran Murtaza, counsel of the petitioner, informed the court that garbage in large quantities had not been lifted because of the town employees’ strike.
