LAHORE, Sept 16: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) hope to provide maximum facilities to spectators during the home series against South Africa, starting from Sept 26.
The tour will comprise two Tests and five One-day International matches scheduled to be played in Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan and Karachi.
According to a PCB spokesman, the board would be providing free shuttle service for ticket holders to take them from the main points to the stadia.
Multi-national food companies too would be setting up food stalls in the major enclosures to provide meals during matches at market rate.
The other enclosures would also have reputable local food companies catering to the gastronomic needs of the spectators as all food sellers would be provided adequate space for setting up stalls.
The ticket holders would also have access to free of cost potable water inside the stadiums. But before all that, the PCB would ensure that every ticket holder got to his or her correct seat without having to go through any trouble.
A facilitation desk would be installed in every enclosure that’ll be managed by local college and varsity students to ensure the comfort of spectators.
The spokesman also added that the city administrations have been asked to appoint decent and adequately-dressed security personnel to perform gate duty at the stadia.
