JACOBABAD : Two killed over karo-kari

JACOBABAD, Sept 14: Two persons were killed on pretext of karo-kari in the Thul area on Thursday night.

Reports said that Sadoro Buriro was standing at Riaz Chowk when the accused Ibrahim alias Babu Buriro along with his accomplices reached there and opened fire with pistol.

He sustained serious injuries and was rushed to hospital where he died.

Later, Babu went to his home and opened fire at his wife Hafeezan, resultantly she was seriously injured and was shifted to hospital where she succumbed to injuries.

After post-mortem, the bodies were handed over to relatives while the accused fled.

The deceased Sadoro’s son Rafiq Ahmed lodged an FIR against Ibrahim alias Babu Buriro, Munir Ahmed, Rehmatullah, Khamiso, Naimatullah, Nasrullah, Gul Hassan and Ali Hassan with Thul police on Friday.

Police arrested two accused Nasrullah and Ali Hassan.

MAN KILLED: A man, Shahnawaz Buledi, was killed by unidentified person at main chowk of Garhi Khairo on Thursday.
