Suo motu action against teacher
ISLAMABAD, Sept 9: Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Saturday took suo motu notice against the Punjab Professors and Lecturers Association’s Lahore division president, Prof Majid Wazir, for lending support to the lawyers’ movement.
The chief justice took the notice on an application of his alleged support to the movement.
The CJ directed secretary special education, Khalid Akhlaq Gillani, to submit a report to the Supreme Court within two weeks.—APP
