KARACHI, Sept 9: The Alliance for the Restoration of Democracy, Sindh chapter, in its meeting on Sunday supported Pakistan People’s Party chairperson Benazir Bhutto’s initiative for transition to democracy.
The meeting, which was chaired by Syed Qaim Ali Shah at his residence, was not attended by any leader of the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz). PDP’s senior vice-president telephonically endorsed Ms Bhutto’s policies.
