KARACHI: College auditorium attacked

KARACHI, Sept 9: A spokesman of the Pakistan Central Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Nazimabad, said on Sunday that certain armed students barged into the girls’ college and broke the door of the auditorium on Saturday.

“The students, who did not belong to the college, wanted free use of the auditorium. They also damaged the stage,” the spokesman added.

The college administration has intimated the Paposhnagar police station, TPO Nazimabad and DIG Karachi about the incident.

“In case of any (harm) to the staff, the college administration would move the court,” the spokesman said, warning that the institute would stop extending services if any attempt is made against it.—PPI
