Mirani’s denial
PAKISTAN People’s Party leader Aftab Shahban Mirani has denied a news report published on Thursday that he was not a candidate for the ensuing National Assembly elections. He has said that he is “very much a candidate for the National Assembly from Shikarpur, from where I have been elected thrice, on a PPP ticket, as a member of the National Assembly”.
