ISLAMABAD, Sept 5: The administrations of private schools in the federal capital have decided to pass on the expenditures to be incurred on purchase of security equipment to the students.
The decision has been taken after the government directed them to beef up security in their respective institutions in view of the prevailing law and order situation. The schools would purchase metal detectors, walk-through gates and security cameras after collecting the required money from the parents of the students.
The move has created a sense of anxiety among the parents who are already heavily burdened under the exorbitant fees of private schools.—Online
