LAHORE, Sept 2: As many as 13 countries will compete in the National Golf Championship, to be held at the Lahore Gymkhana golf course from Sept 18 to 21.

According to a spokesman for the Pakistan Golf Federation (PGF), besides Pakistan, countries such as India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Cyprus, UAE, Malaysia, Nepal, Egypt, Jordan and Iran are likely to take part in the event.
