Appointments challenged

LARKANA, Sept 1: Mumtaz Ali Shaikh, a subject specialist working in government pilot higher secondary school Larkana, challenged the recent appointments of assistant controller/assistant secretary examinations made in the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Larkana and filed a petition in the circuit bench of Sindh High Court, on Saturday.

He through his lawyer made the chairman, secretary, members of appointment committee, director IBA Sukkur and the two appointees as respondents.

The petition would come up for hearing on September 5.

The petitioner claimed that he was the bona fide candidate for the seat announced while others two had submitted the experience certificates of private business concern in contravention of the advertisement.
